I wanted to make a comment on thispost. June has just arrived and winter is finally coming. Here where I live, climate doesn’t change that much through seasons. Summer is the main stage, it overlaps with spring and the first days of autumn. And winter almost doesn’t exist. Is too short.
This year seasons are very distinguible. Maybe it is because summer ended when it is supposed to. I’ve never payed attention to changes between seasons. Or at least not while living the season.
That post resonated with me because I actually spend time noticing the details. Not always, but whenever I feel tired, I found rest on nature. Feels kinda strange knowing that plants, fungi, animals, flowers and fish, they all have their own lives and exist right now without us noticing, and viceversa. This feeling sounds like this) for me. Now, while I’m going back home from a long day and almost haven’t thought of God, probably there are right now some horses running up a hill, far away from me, in another part of the world, just living. And I have no idea.
I enjoy a lot thinking about this. It makes me feel at home. Like is finally time to rest, because there is an entire living nature that ain’t worrying about nothing at all. They are entirely in God’s hands, worshiping Him just by doing their lives: eating, sleeping, running, dying, walking, breathing. And so should we.
